The Abbey is an important element in the cultural and tourist landscape of the Eastern Townships. Its singular architecture makes this monastery a unique historical and heritage monument to behold. Guided tours are offered during the summer to learn more about the life of the monks, their history and their work. The monastic community that lives and works there also offers delicious artisanal products: applesauce, apple butter, cider and of course its famous cheeses, many of which have won local and international awards. Finally, the Abbey is also a haven of peace where everyone can be welcomed and take a few moments to recharge their batteries while listening to a traditional Gregorian chant during liturgical celebrations.
